SUBSURFACE UTILITY ENGINEERING

COMDESCO will quickly propose routes for your underground Fiber Optic or Copper Cable related projects. Our experienced field engineers will then map out the route using state of the art survey equipment. The field data will then be translated by our CAD design team into a set of construction and permitting drawings. Our system integration allows us to complete these tasks effectively, efficiently and quickly, giving us the ability to complete your engineering projects on time and within your budget.

AERIAL DESIGN

With years of experience, COMDESCO's team can design and permit aerial routes as well. Our field engineers are practiced at the art of designing aerial cable routes. With construction costs typically a fraction of the cost of subsurface builds, aerial cabling is a viable option in many areas. COMDESCO will work directly with the power and/or phone company in addition to any other permitting jurisdictions to determine their specific requirements for pole attachments, and ensure a smooth permit procurement process.

STANDARDS AND CONSTRUCTION GUIDELINES

COMDESCO can partner with your engineering team to develop and maintain materials standards and construction guidelines. These parameters can then be applied to any subsurface or aerial infrastructure design. In addition, we can provide you with detailed documented requirements for any contractor performing work on your network. This includes everything from manhole sizes to innerduct specs to allowed coupler design. Working as a partner with you, we can make sure your infrastructure is built to last.
