COMDESCO GROUP provides route selection, route design, walk-out engineering and development of professional design drawings. Comdesco Group, Inc. can also develop and maintain engineering standards for your company for all underground and aerial projects.

UTILITY COORDINATION

COMDESCO GROUP offers Utility Coordination services for Legal Mandate Projects, working with State, County and Municipal jurisdictions. This service includes plan reviews, conflict report generation, and negotiating design changes to minimize conflict. Comdesco also represents our client's concerns in any required jurisdiction meetings.

PERMIT PROCUREMENT

COMDESCO GROUP also has a very detailed “Permitting Division” that has built relationships over the years with a large consortium of Municipalities, Rail Roads, School Districts, State and County agencies. CGI will present as well as act if necessary as the clients representative to each State, Local or Governmental agency to ensure that the engineering disciplines that have been drafted by CGI for our clients does not become bottle necked and thus receives the approval and acceptance of each permitting agency in a timely manner

FIELD SURVEYING

COMDESCO GROUP field engineers utilize state of the art TRIMBLE survey gear to mark all topographical landmarks in the area of your project. Our design team then quickly translates these field observations into a CAD file for conversion into permit and construction drawings.

INSPECTION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

COMDESCO has experienced Field Inspectors and Project Managers ready to keep your project on time and on budget. We provide experienced inspectors to represent your concerns as your project is under construction. As a part of inspection services, our inspectors work directly with our surveyors to capture as-built data as the project construction is underway. This ensures ACCURATE AND TIMELY delivery of as-built data.
