In the interest of offering a full portfolio of services to help our clients design and build their aerial and underground infrastructure, COMDESCO offers both INSPECTION and PROJECT MANAGEMENT services. You can leverage the talents and experience of our team to enhance the success of your projects.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN INSPECTION SERVICES?
COMDESCO will provide an on-site inspector to work directly with your selected construction contractor. Every step of the way, our inspector will verify adherance to your construction standards. Our inspectors make it a priority to ensure the contractor uses the correct grade of materials, and proper installation techniques. Any issues discovered in the field will be communicated directly to your team in a timely manner, and COMDESCO will provide a single point of contact for on the spot resolution of any questions, change requests or problems. You will be provided with daily reports detailing a log of construction activities, progress, and resolution of any issues. Our inspectors will provide photos of the project as it is being built, and capture any data you require - such as fiber sequential numbers, splice locations, ID fusion locations, etc.
One of the added benefits of an on-site inspector is timely and accurate as-built data. Our inspectors will capture as-built information as your project is constructed. This data will be immediately translated into your CAD as-built drawings. This is especially important in jurisdictions like The City of Chicago where your company is obligated to provide as-built data to the jurisdiction within two weeks of project completion. We can ensure this will happen.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
COMDESCO also has experienced Project Managers and Engineers ready to keep your project on time and on budget. We can provide assistance with everything from contractor selection to scheduling to material ordering. Our team will provide you with one source for all of your project management needs. With our depth of experience in telecommunications construction and construction management, we will make it easy for you.
